Brook Terrace is a quiet residential street tucked away within the Denes. The property is a large Victorian terraced house, which we're planning to convert into a "co-living" multi-family home. We will be creating 4 funky large double bedrooms, with communal spaces for socialising, a shared luxury bathroom & kitchen. The idea is that everything is provided for you within a clean, well decorated house, all for one easy to manage monthly payment. That's the furniture, bills (heating, water, electricity, wi-fi, Netflix & council tax), and a weekly clean of the communal areas.
